Ingredients:
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of vanilla
- 1/2cup butter 70 % less fat
- 3 egg white
- ½ cup sugar brown
- ¼ cup splenda
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 2.5 pcs walnut
Method:
Preheat the oven to 140C
Melt the butter then mix with the egg, vanilla, salt and the sugar mix well until the sugar is dissolved
Sift the flour, baking powder and the baking powder and mix in the butter mixture. Pour the mixture in the circle baking pan and bake for 25 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and dry
