Healthy Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:
-         ½ malt vinegar
-         ¼ cup yogurt 0% fat candia
-         1 tbsp oil
-         salt and black pepper pinch to taste
-         Chicken taouk spices 1 tsp
-         ¼ tsp cardamom or hal
-         800 g chicken breast sliced or 420 g after cooking

- 4 tbsp tahini
- ¼ cup  yogurt 0% fat
- 2 small garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
* add more lemon juice if the mixture is little bit dry

-         Tomatoes Sliced
-         Shredded lettuce
-         Bread

Mix all the 6 ingredients and marinate the chicken with for at least 4 hours or overnight
Preheat the oven to 180c
In a small ball mix the next 7 ingredients cover and refrigerate
Cover the chicken and bake in the marinate for 30 min turn once. Uncover and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
